Where to get your Music Village pass ?
If you booked an offer including accommodation + ski + movies + Music Village (Pierre & Vacances, Vente Privée) : directly at the reception desk of the hotels.
If you booked your pass on our website : you can withdraw your bracelet Music Village at the entrance of le Carré on Friday evening from 11pm to 2am or Saturday at the Lodge from 1pm to 7pm.
If you booked your pass on Digitick : show your pass at the venues. A Music Village wristband, which will give you access to all of the weekend events, will be given to you.

Where to get your 2 days ski pass + Music Village pass ?
Friday night : at the club Le Carré
From Saturday : exclusively at the “Charvet” ski lift cashier at Arc 1800

Access to movie theatres
The Music Village wristband gives access to the prestigious screenings of Les Arcs European Film Festival. Discover the detailed schedule soon.

On site
Free shuttles link Arc 1600 to Arc 1800, Arc 1950 and Arc 2000. Shuttles timetables will be announced soon. We recommend to find accommodation in Arc 1800, where most Music Village events will take place.
